Next Day Art to introduce New Artists at SURTEX in NYCMay 7, 2008 Exhibiting at the upcoming Surface & Textiles Show or SURTEX in New York City, Next Day Art has plans to introduce several new artists and thousands of new designs. SURTEX is a key trade show as many manufacturers and designers attend in an effort to secure new art licenses and source new art for future product introductions. “This is a key show and a must for anyone that looks to license art or designs.” states James Meserve, president of Next Day Art. “The timing is good as it runs concurrent with the National Stationary Show so it enables us to have access to many of the leading social expression companies and their product development team. Also, it allows us to view some of their new introductions and trend spot all in one location at the Javitz Center.” Some of the new artists that will be introduced are Eva Mautner, Beth Buffington, Sue Timmins, Sharon Ascherl, Coplu, Dogtown Artworks, Linda Nadel, Kristen Marco, Wade Butler and more. Additionally, the company plans to present new works by artists Bonnie White, Helen Rhodes, Elephantworks Studio and Blooming Ideas along with new art designs from most of the artists represented by Next Day Art. Next Day Art, located in Portland, Maine, is an art licensing agent and works to put artists together with art-based product manufacturers. With over 10,000 designs and more than 85 artists, Next Day Art is able to provide designers with significant breadth and depth of artwork available for licensing.
