Marilyn Kutsukake has been painting with watercolor for over 20 years and her art adorns numerous products, stationary and gift items. She is proficient with many different themes, but a common thread of natural simplicity is easily recognized and projected in her paintings.

"When I look at an object, most especially and old and discarded one, or perhaps something in nature overlooked for its not so obvious charms, I pause and wonder at the world it was part of, both then and now."

Marilyn has enjoyed many successes throughout her career including acceptance in various juried art shows, teaching painting workshops, heritage building prints and private commissions. She hopes that some of her art will create a small moment of warm familiarity, reflection and enjoyment for the viewer.
